Great my stay at nice flat in Venice customer support assisted me have a new room After i asked for assist. The breakfast and foods generally speaking was ideal. All the employees I contacted have been exceptionally nice.

Stayed for four nights with my fiance. Beds were being comfy and the room was always clean up. Staff members have been pretty handy and friendly and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very clean plus the shower was great. Not a very social hotel at least during our stay.
